Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)

$5.99 or FREE on orders over $100

Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

$12.99

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard International (7-14 business days)

Starting at $15.99

Express International (3-5 business days)

Starting at $29.99

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email returns@etherealgems.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Attach the return shipping label and drop off at the specified carrier
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style. Please follow the same process as returns, and specify which item you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll either refund the difference or send an invoice for the additional amount.
